As a Bay Area native and long-time Tri-Valley resident, Elias has in-depth knowledge of the Tri-Valley and knows what it means to truly create the feeling of “home.” Thriving on the core values of honesty and integrity, Elias treats his clients with the highest level of care whether a buyer or seller. He takes great pride in cultivating respect and supporting his clients with their real estate needs. Through his years of service, he has made intimate and lasting relationships within the Pleasanton and Tri-Valley communities.

Prior to transitioning into real estate, Elias served as a K-5 educational administrator and leader in the Pleasanton Unified School District. In his free time, Elias Muniz loves spending time with his wife Liz, and his two charming sons. You’ll often find him cheering on his sons on the soccer, rugby, and football fields. He volunteers alongside his son in philanthropic projects such as Night to Shine, Meals on Wheels, Special Olympics, and the PPIE Run For Education. He believes in the importance of giving back and making a difference in the lives of others.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from California State University East Bay.
